If the display needs to be moved weekly, installed in a different venue each time, or used for live events and staging, a rental LED display is the only practical choice. The upfront cost per square meter is higher for a rental display due to the premium mechanical design, but the time savings in installation and the reliability of the locking systems make it indispensable. For projects that are semi-permanent, such as a trade show booth that is used for several events per year, a hybrid approach using rental-grade cabinets is often the best solution. Always verify the specific technical parameters, including pixel pitch, cabinet weight, and locking mechanism type, to ensure the display meets the operational demands of your specific application.
