The primary challenge is achieving consistent color and brightness across multiple panels, especially when they have been shipped, handled, and reconfigured numerous times. A typical rental cabinet for weddings uses a pixel pitch between 2.5mm and 3.9mm, balancing visual clarity with cost-effectiveness for viewing distances of 3 to 10 meters. The display must achieve a brightness of at least 1500 nits to overcome ambient light from chandeliers or natural daylight, yet be dimmable to under 200 nits for evening receptions.
