LED display in flood prone area

LED displays installed in flood-prone areas require elevated mounting positions and specialized waterproofing to survive periodic inundation events. When selecting installation sites in flood-risk zones, the historical high water mark should be determined and displays should be mounted well above this level whenever possible. For installations where flooding may reach the display level, fully sealed IP68-rated enclosures capable of withstanding submersion provide the necessary protection. All electrical connections below the potential flood line must use submersible-rated connectors, and power distribution panels should be located at elevated positions accessible even during flood events. Ground-level power supply units and control equipment should be housed in watertight cabinets mounted on elevated platforms or relocated to upper floors of adjacent buildings.
