A well-designed cooling strategy should address heat generation at the source, airflow organization, and structural heat transfer.
Distribute power supplies and driver IC boards evenly across the structure instead of concentrating them at the bottom of the hemisphere.
This prevents localized heat accumulation and reduces thermal hot spots in specific zones.
A ventilation gap should be reserved between the hemi spherical steel frame and the LED module backplates.
This creates an internal airflow layer that allows air to circulate freely rather than trapping heat inside a sea led cavity.
